• Calling the IRS several times revealed a constant busy message

I called the IRS to get some information and was greeted by the automated phone system.  After entering the language preference, the message indicated there was extremely heavy call volume and there would be a significant wait before speaking to a representative.  As soon as that messaged finished, another message came on stating that their offices were closed!

I am confused…

Make sure that your company phone prompts are truthful…
