It is strange how some seasons of the year more busier than others.
For me, the November and December is laid back for work. There is lots of work to do but people seem to be not as rushed and less urgent about everything.
Summer can be a less hectic time as team members can be away on vacation. The first working day after Labor Day seems to get crazy as most team members are back on the job and the big push is on to make up for the lost time over summer.
But, spring seems to be the busiest season of all.
After coming out of the sleepy winter season, it is time to enjoy the spring flowers and get busy.
I find spring to be the busy time both personally and professionally.
I expect Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s to be busy But, didn’t expect spring to be also very busy.
