Christmas day has been an interesting time for many employees.
Unless you work in retail, the couple of weeks before Christmas day runs slower, people are in better moods (mostly), many take vacation days, and work life is usually not as hectic.
This can be a great time for a business and it can be a terrifying time.
I don’t know how many people I have talked to over the last 30 years that evaluated their life and work during Christmas and New Years holidays.
For many, they are grateful for the opportunity to have work.
For some, it means new resolve for different opportunities in the new year.
For managers and business owners, it should be a time to be grateful for your employees. You cannot exist without them.
Enjoy Christmas Day and be grateful!
