In many major cities, commute times are getting longer and longer.  The better a city gets successful, the harder the commute gets.

New York, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, Washington DC, and Chicago all keep making the top rankings of long commute times.

Commuting becomes such a tough process for employees as they have to get up earlier, leave home earlier, and sitting in slow-moving traffic.  These employees arrive at the office in a bad mood and hardly ready to do their best work.

What if the employee gets up and has a 30-second commute to their home office and are fully online in a few minutes rather than a couple of hours?  How would that affect the employee?

It is time for business leaders to look at the option of remote work to make employee much more productive!
